It seems that todays women carry a lot of anxiety, emotional baggage , doubt and disappointments. Im here to tell you you are beautiful, worthy, smart, adored and can do anything you set your mind to. Im here for you.

    Go for a walk does not have to be a long one just get outside and breath. Feel the sun or air in your face and know life is good and we have so much to be thankful for.

    Women are more than twice as likely to report bloating as men, and hormones could well be to blame. “Oestrogen can lead to fluid retention and progesterone can cause slow bowel motility,” says Narendra Pisal, a consultant gynaecologist at London Gynaecology. This can be worse in the run-up to a period, when hormone levels decline, and oestrogen in hormone replacement therapy can also cause bloating. “Adding in high potassium foods to your diet can help as they maintain fluid balance,” Hope says. “These include baked potatoes, dried apricots, kiwis and bananas.”

  • Patience???? Do you have it? Some days seem just to be another test. I have learned that its all a process. In the waiting room of whatever life brings Im reminded of the blessings I do have. Health, a roof over my head and food in my fridge. Everyone I love woke up this morning and started their day. So life is great even when we wait and even if the waiting is years, months, days or hrs.
